132Job Description:We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery close to Hither Green, London. This nursery is close to the train station and local bus routes.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will help to provide the highest levels of care. You would be joining a caring, welcoming and supportive team to support the care and education of preschool children. This setting has excellent facilities, with rooms being specially equipped for each age group, with unlimited opportunities to grow, learn, develop and flourish in a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:
- The Nursery Practitioner contributes to the high standard of quality care within the nursery to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Prepare and supervise activities, and support children at all times
- Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff and visitors
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Background in working to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Ability to communicate confidently with adults and children along with good verbal and written communication skills
- Generate creative ideas to inspire learning
- Good planning and organising
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Calm in all circumstances
