Non-Executive Director – Luxury Members Club & Finance

We are excited to be working with a growing investment group who are enhancing their already strong portfolio of hospitality and leisure brands This business has substantial growth opportunities nationally and aims to deliver ambitiously. As Non-Executive Director you will support, guide, and develop their growth plan alongside using your industry expertise to align their brand.

The Individual:

We are looking for a hands-on CEO/ COO with a background in the luxury private members or high-end hotel industry alongside Finance. As Non-Executive Director you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on their growth plans and business operations. The ideal candidate must understand the luxury members market and be able to commit to 1 day per week.

Requirements:

• Extensive background in luxury members clubs or hotels at CEO/COO level
• Background in Finance including CFO, Finance Director, Investments etc.
• Operations background is preferred
• Participate in Board meetings, providing constructive input and challenging assumptions when necessary.
• Thorough understanding of family and members clubs
• A strong understanding of growth and fundraising  
• Hands-on approach and willingness to immerse yourself in the business
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plans and objectives.
