Knowledge of hotel operations, departments and processes
Experience as a Guest Service Team leader in a luxury, 5 Star Hotel
Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability
Oral and written fluency in English; Additional languages preferred
Confidence in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
A leader prepared to guide their team to excellence
Knowledge and experience with Forbes Standards preferred
Strong analytical skills, hands-on problem solving and close attention to detail
Certificates, education history, and diplomas in Hotel Management
