Farncombe, a 600-acre estate located above Broadway, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Night Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in a similar front office hotel role and possess exceptional guest service skills. Responsibilities will include managing fire procedures and panels, security, and first aid. The position offers a salary of £30,160 per year, plus a share of service charge. Additional benefits include holiday leave, enhanced pension, and access to various employee assistance programs. Due to the rural location, candidates must have their own transport and a clean driving license.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Night Manager to join our team at Farncombe. Our 600-acre estate is set on a beautiful hillside just above Broadway and is the perfect place to develop your career and work with some of the best in the hospitality industry!
Experience at a senior level within a similar front office hotel role is essential. The ideal person will be a motivational team leader, highly organised, confident and calm at handling all situations, have outstanding guest service skills and be driven to constantly improve and deliver great results for the department. Proven training and experience in managing fire procedures and panels, security and first aid will be required.
We offer a salary of £30,160 per year, plus a share of service charge (circa £2,500 per year), working 5 nights out of 7 including weekends.

Due to our rural location, you will require your own transport (WR12 7LJ). Due to driving requirements of the job, and for insurance purposes, we also require you to have a full, clean driving license and be aged 21+.
