Our client is currently going through a period of expansion and as a result is looking to recruit an experienced New Build Conveyancer for a full time permanent hybrid position.
The role will involve managing all aspects of conveyancing with a particular focus in new build/off-plan. The firm prides itself on providing its clients with the highest quality of service, and the successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the same dedication to their work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months solid new build conveyancing experience, have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner. You must also be able to work to deadlines and work well under pressure.
Applications are being considered from experienced fee earners, legal executives and solicitors with the relevant new build experience.
