Vitality is seeking a Strategic Partnership Assistant to support their National Account Managers and Head of National Accounts in driving increased sales from their partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, agility, resilience, and great communication skills. Responsibilities include organizing team meetings, planning network events, managing marketing services agreements, and improving processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a PA/sales support role, intermediate PC application skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Job Description:About The Role
Team – Strategic Partnership
Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
You will be supporting our National Account Managers (NAMs) and Head of National Accounts in their efforts to drive increased Vitality sales from our Network, National and Service Provider partners. For the right person this is a great opportunity to grow and eventually develop into a National Account Manager. So, having self-motivation and drive is key. Your day will have a variety of tasks and be different from one day to the next. You will naturally have the skills to independently organise your day and could move from one task to the next as priorities may change. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for career growth.

Key Actions

  • Organising, minuting and following-up from structured team meetings
  • Working directly with NAMs to plan network events/workshops including the delivery of stands, literature and promotional material alongside ensuring delegates are contacted promptly post-event
  • You will assist the process of Marketing Services Agreement approval and subsequent payment of invoices
  • Collating network review packs for Network Meetings
  • Ensure compliance standards are adhered to and maintained
  • Management of the team’s central mailbox
  • Collation and distribution of sales data in association with MI team
  • Diary management assistance for the Head of National Accounts
  • Improving and reviewing current processes

 Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:

  • You will have proven experience in a PA / sales support role
  • Intermediate skills with PC applications, e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively under occasionally intense pressure
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Capable of working to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail critical
  • Ability to be able to prioritise effectively and manage variable workload
