We are currently seeking a versatile Multi Skilled Operative / Press Brake Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Press Brake machines with precision and efficiency.
Demonstrate multi-skilled capabilities by handling various sheet metal processes.
Utilising Guillotines and Saws to prepare materials for production.
Operate laser equipment as part of the production process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Press Brake operations.
Proficiency in handling sheet metal and familiarity with Guillotines, Saws, and laser equipment.
Ability to work with engineering drawings and specifications.
Skilled in assembling materials for the next stage of production.

This is a permanent position based at our manufacturing premises in Redditch. The standard day shift schedule includes an early finish every Friday.
