VACANCY: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION: Leeds (LS12)
HOURS: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00
SALARY: £42120

The ideal candidate will exhibit a zero-tolerance approach to non-conformances and will be proactive in communicating any issues to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities extend to maintaining impeccable health, safety, and quality standards, meticulous completion of paperwork, adherence to hygiene protocols, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives. The role also encompasses diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, basic fitting tasks, machinery inspections, and minor fabrication work.
Candidates must be vigilant in identifying and addressing any factors that may impact the performance or safety of plant equipment, driving personal development through training, and embracing a variety of duties that contribute to the company’s success.
The search is on for a candidate with:
– Flexibility in working hours and shift patterns
– Proficiency in factory-based maintenance
– 18th Edition Electrical qualification, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Engineering
– Excellent communication skills
– A driven and motivated disposition
– Previous experience in a production environment
– A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
