*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent *MRI Radiographer* to join our NHS insourcing team in *Sheffield*. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating *Siemens MRI systems* and capable of delivering high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced clinical environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform MRI scans in accordance with NHS protocols and safety standards.
* Operate *Siemens MRI scanners* (e.g., Magnetom Aera, Sola, or similar).
* Ensure accurate patient positioning and image acquisition.
* Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
* Adhere to infection control and health & safety guidelines.
*Requirements:*
* *HCPC registration* as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
* Proven experience in *MRI scanning*, particularly with *Siemens systems*.
* Previous NHS or insourcing experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Up-to-date training in *MRI safety* and *contrast administration* (if applicable).
*Desirable:*
* Experience with *Siemens syngo.via* or similar post-processing software.
* IV cannulation certification.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
