Full Circle, a family-owned vehicle workshop in High Wycombe, is seeking a Motor Vehicle Technician. The technician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and diagnosing vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard. Additional responsibilities may include working on EV and Hybrid vehicles. Candidates with experience in the automotive sector, such as Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics, or HGV Technicians, are encouraged to apply. A full UK driving license is required. Motor Vehicle Technician
Contact type: Permanent, Full time
Working Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm
Salary Range: £35,000 – £40,000 pa
Location: High Wycombe HP12 3RQ– Full UK driving license essential

How you will spend your day:
- Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
- Your main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
- Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
- You will be working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
About you:
- We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic,
- Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.
- As long as you can demonstrate good mechanical and electrical knowledge and an ability to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, we have the training and facilities to help you make the next big step in your career.
- Do you currently hold or are working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair?
- Do you take a thorough approach and are able to follow a process from start to finish?
- Good time keeping and 100% reliability are expected as a given

- You’ll need to have a full UK driving license, as you’ll be moving and testing our clients’ cars.
