94Job Description:MET Technician Vacancy Required in Milton Keynes
- Basic Salary: £15-18/hour depending on experience + Bonus
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am – 17:15pm
- 5 Day working week – 40 hours
- Overtime Available
- ATA Training Provider
My client is an Accident Repair Centre located in Milton Keynes.
They’re now looking to take on an MET Technician to strip, fit and make mechanical and electrical repairs to vehicles within an ARC environment.
They offer excellent work/life balance working Monday to Friday as well as offering overtime on weekends when required.
Ideally you will be a qualified MET Technician, however candidates with proven experience within an MET Technician role will also be valued.
Ideally the MET Technician will have:
- MET Technician / Fitter will have a mixture of experience covering Vehicle MET and strip and fitting
- MET Technician /Fitter must be fully qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ equivalent) in Automotive Body Repair or Senior ATA MET. ATA accreditation would be beneficial
- You will need strong communication skills, a positive attitude toward problem-solving along with a flexible approach to working hours
- You will be expected to take ownership of the delivery of your work and be able to recognise opportunities to provide a service/do business
You will need to be confident when working independently and contribute to the overall success of the team.
