The Membership Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership at the brands prestigious private members’ clubs. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused professional who can drive membership sales, manage member relations, and ensure an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or luxury service environments, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective membership recruitment strategies to attract new members.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and exclusivity of the club.
  • Handle membership inquiries and provide detailed information on membership options, benefits, and pricing.

Member Relations and Retention:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Address and resolve any member issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and host member events and activities to enhance the member experience and foster community.

Administration and Management:

  • Oversee the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Prepare regular reports on membership statistics, trends, and feedback for senior management.

Marketing and Communications:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute membership marketing campaigns.
  • Create and distribute member newsletters, event invitations, and other communications.
  • Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with members and promote club activities.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the membership budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor membership fees, payments, and renewals, ensuring timely collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.
