Meetings & Events Sales and Planning Coordinator – art’otel Hoxton
We are recruiting for a Meetings & Events Sales and Planning Coordinator for one of the Coolest Hotel in Hoxton! The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, a gym, and two destination restaurants.
As our Meetings & Events Sales and Planning Coordinator you will receive:

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to smaller scale M&E enquiries in timely manner and converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Supporting M&E Sales and Planning Team with qualifying large-scale enquiries.
- Generating quotes based on guidelines provided by Revenue & Pricing Manager and sending it out to potential clients.
- Using negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts as well as upsell where possible to ensure M&E targets and budgets are achieved.
- Conducting client show arounds.
- Issuing contracts and deposit requests for confirmed business.
- Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a smooth event planning process for the client and return business. Always going the extra mile to accommodate client’s needs.
- Working closely with M&E operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Producing clear and accurate BEOs, attending weekly BEO meetings, and handing over to the team in charge on the day.
- Supporting M&E Sales and Planning Manager/ Executives with day-to-day admin and Ad Hoc tasks when required.
