The job incumbent is responsible for reporting directly to their Chargehand and Engineering Coordinators, while also having an indirect reporting relationship with the site Maintenance Manager. They are expected to work independently and maintain a positive working relationship with both production management and operators. Additionally, the individual should be prepared to provide technical advice to the production team when necessary. The role primarily takes place indoors, where the incumbent may encounter varying conditions.
