We have an exciting opportunity to join a large multi-disciplinary UK wide consultancy out of their Reading office, working in a thriving office and part of an established team.

You will be joining the MEP Quantity Surveying team, working on a mixture of;

• Energy Studies and Carbon reduction
• Whole Life Costing
• Asset Scheduling and Management

You would be assisting on a wide range of M&E Quantity Surveying services alongside a team manager, including the following:

• Advising on Service Costs involved in building projects.
• evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposal.
• Providing advice on contract arrangements and conditions
• Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
• Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients.

The ideal candidate would have:

• BSC/MSC in Quantity Surveying or Similar
• UK Driving License
• Relevant experience within the sector
