Marketing Manager
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: up to DOE
Holidays: 22 days holidays(increases to 27 based on tenure) plus 8 UK Bank Holidays.
The role will incorporate internal and external brand messaging. Combining internal communications, branded business estate and external marketing campaigns entirely aimed at communicating Kura’s message aligned with quantifiable objectives to measure success.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join the Marketing team and would and play a crucial role in supporting Kura’s Vision is to be recognised as “Unrivalled in Developing People.”
Recommending, creating, planning and execution of strategies to position the brand for growth and longevity in the industry to include new business acquisition, recruitment, attraction, and employer brand reputation.
Executing marketing initiatives (both internally and externally) via media marketing in social media, mobile, search engine and website content.
Ensuring positive branded workspaces are provided on all Kura sites, reflecting the company culture.
Governing 3rd party providers to ensure platform design and functionality remains innovative.
Ongoing analysis of competitor brands to ensure Kura is ahead of the market.
Leading and managing brand team of internal and external executives and trainees to deliver exceptional performance, through effective use of Kura’s people processes.
Designing and supervising content such as press releases, SEO content, artwork, print and digital media.
Achieving profit targets, timelines, and budgets.
Organising new business and promotional events.
Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships through memberships and key supplier portals.

Requirements:
A relevant communications or marketing qualification or equivalent experience is required which includes:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or related field or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing
Business Management, Digital Marketing or Advertising. Institute of Data and Marketing (IDM), The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR)
