Are you a passionate and strategic marketer with a flair for marketing and hospitality? I am currently searching for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join a creative and dynamic restaurant group to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue across its multiple venues in London & the South.

As part of this innovative restaurant group, youll be the driving force behind tailored marketing strategies that helps this unique brand shine. Youll work hand-in-hand with the operations team, sales, and central marketing teams to create localized campaigns that deliver results, all while ensuring a consistent and strong brand identity.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each venue that align with overall brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand local market dynamics and customer insights.
  • Highlight the unique selling points (USP) of each restaurant to drive local engagement and footfall.
  • Lead regional campaigns, events, and promotions to ensure maximum impact.
  • Partner with digital, PR, and social media teams to enhance local brand awareness.
  • Identify and nurture partnerships and sponsorships to expand local presence.
  • Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Help sites engage with local communities and influencers.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in regional marketing, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, F&B, or retail.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a hands-on, proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in event marketing, community engagement, and partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
