Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns, identifying target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes for each campaign.
- Manage email marketing using our CRM system, implementing automation and A/B testing to optimise engagement.
- Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns, working with photographers and videographers.
- Create SEO-optimised blog posts to enhance online visibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide strategic insights to enhance marketing performance.
- Manage influencer partnerships, identifying key influencers, coordinating collaborations, and tracking campaign performance.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing-led events, launches, and partnership activations, from concept to delivery.
- Support the coordination of brand partnerships, including communication, deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Social Media Manager to align messaging, campaign timing, and brand voice across all channels.
- Support in preparing reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and asset libraries to ensure smooth campaign execution.
