Marketing Director

Salary: £100,000-£120,000

London – hybrid

The Marketing Director role will be the leader in executing marketing plan, strategy, and leading a team to success.

This role will build and manage the whole digital strategy in short and long term, the market research and forecasting about the industry, competitors, and similar brands.

It will have a sharp focus on driving the digital marketing strategy forward by using all digital channels available to generate direct demand as well as increase returning customer base.

In addition to this, you will have a laser focus on developing a loyalty program.

This role will be responsible for creating high performing digital assets while working towards strategically important key performance indicators. 

What you need for the role:

• Degree in Marketing or similar career
• +8 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in marketing hospitality products and services is essential.
• Experience in performance marketing.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• You will have a growth and ambitious mind set.
