Accept Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated Logistics Broker/Sub Con Trader for our client based in Hinckley, LE10.

 This role offers an annual salary of £36,960 plus bonus incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities by converting warm leads.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and cost understanding.
• Utilize excellent negotiation skills to achieve targets and deliver results under pressure.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with flexibility).

On-call duty required one week in every six.

• Proactive and able to take initiative in duties.
• Manage and convert a database of prospect clients effectively.
• Organized, consistent, and adaptable in approach.

Benefits:

Competitive Salary: £36,960 per annum.

Bonus: Up to £5000 annually.

Holidays: 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with an additional day over Christmas.
