Location: Epsom, KT18

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

To be considered for this role as a Lister / Valueryou must have previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of achievement in a sales role and experience of valuations and listings in the residential property sector.

You will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, and specifically, be capable of winning instructions at the right price for the right fee and of being able to spot and take advantage of valuable business opportunities.

You must be able to win instructions at all levels of the market, as well as help maintain and retain relationship with existing vendors.

Skills: The skills required for this Lister / Valuer(Estate Agency) role will include: 

• Must have proven property sales experience
• Listing and instruction winning ability essential
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Great telephone sales skills

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Local knowledge of the Epsom areas helpful
• Driver with full a UK license
