Recruit4Staff are proud to represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Lift Supervisor to work on their newly awarded contract in the Penrhyndeudraeth area.

For the successful Lift Supervisor our client is offering:

• Salary: £50,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
• Days role
• Permanent role estimated until around December 2024
• Pension with up to 8% contribution from the client
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

• Based on-site full-time

The Role – Lift Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to optimize workflow
• Provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor performance metrics and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
• Address conflicts or issues among team members promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and performance expectations
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations to uphold a secure work environment
• Reporting and working alongside the site manager
• Site supervision and compliance with Health and safety
• Working with slingers, AP, and banksman
• Upkeeping health and safety
• Ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely

What our client is looking for in a Lift Supervisor

• Previous experience in a similar role – ESSENTIAL
• Relevant CPCS and SSSTS qualifications – ESSENTIAL 
• First Aid- SCM
• Proficient in managing and supervising teams to achieve organizational goals

Key skills or similar Job titles: Lift Supervisor, Crane Appointed Person
