Lift and Escalator Services Supervisor

The individual works in the Lift and Escalator Department, supporting the Lift & Escalator Services Manager. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the lifts and escalators owned by the landlord are properly maintained and operate at optimal standards. They strive to minimise any disruption to services or amenities for tenants, residents, and visitors. Additionally, the individual coordinates maintenance and call-out work, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Working within the Lift and Escalator Department in assisting the Lift & Escalator Services Manager to ensure that the Landlords lifts and escalators are fully maintained and operating at the highest standards.
