Lettings Negotiator

My client is a highly successful and ambitious independent Lettings Agency, located in Cheltenham, who due to continued growth, are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their high performing team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
- Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants
- Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance
- Generate new business opportunities through a variety of tasks
- Achieve/exceed personal targets and contribute to wider team targets
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Lettings Negotiator:
- Excellent customer service skills
- First-class written and spoken English
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
