Lettings Negotiator

Mann is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Sydenham, offering a promising opportunity for growth in residential lettings. The role features an OTE of £30,000, a generous commission structure, and industry-leading training aimed at achieving a Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. While prior experience in lettings is preferred, it is not essential. The candidate will be responsible for generating valuations, qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Mann team based in Sydenham.

What We’re Looking For:

• The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
• Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.

Your Role:

• Generate and book valuations.
• Qualify and service new applicants.
• Carry out property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
• Administer tenancies (with support).
• Provide outstanding customer service.
