LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Wimbledon, SW19

Salary: OTE: £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator at their busy Wimbledon office.

This is a job with an award-winning local Agent, and a superb stock of available properties, a great local reputation, and an energetic approach to winning business! 

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, animated and organized individual who can achieve results and work as part of a highly effective team.

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is beneficial, and the perfect candidate should have a good grasp of general lettings practices as well as excellent customer service standards and the ability to sell!

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous lettings experience beneficial
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of the Wimbledon area preferred
• Full driving license and car owner
