A leading Lettings and Estate Agency brand in Hinckley is seeking a Lettings Manager/Property Manager. The role involves carrying out viewings, negotiating lets, dealing with applications and move-ins, property inspections, and handling maintenance issues. Training will be provided for carrying out valuations. The ideal candidate should have Lettings experience, a good understanding of Lettings legislation, and be energetic, driven, and determined. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required. The company offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Job Description:Lettings Manager / Property Manager – Hinckley – up to £25k basic plus commission
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in Lettings looking for their next step up in their career. My client is as leading and established Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the local area for over 20 years. They are looking for someone who will be carrying out a varied role with training given along the way with regards to carrying out valuations etc in order that they can eventually manage the running of the lettings department. Main Duties for the Lettings Role:
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating lets and dealing with applications and move ins
- Carrying out property inspections
- Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords
- Conduct market appraisals to gain completed client instructions (Training Provided)
Key Skills Required for the Lettings Role:
- Lettings experience essential
- A good understanding of Lettings legislation
- Be energetic, driven and determined.
Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (If you are required a Saturday there will be time off in lieu of this)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
