Salary: OTE £60k Uncapped

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A widely respected professional Estate & Lettings Agency and “high-end” property specialist is seeking an experienced high calibre Lettings Manager / Lettings Partner to run their prestigious prime Lettings department covering the Elmbridge area.

We are specifically seeking a candidate who has the capacity to drive the business forward, grow and develop an already significant managed portfolio and increase profitability.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience at Senior Lettings Manager / Lettings Director / Lettings Area Manager level, have multi-branch management expertise, an exceptionally detailed knowledge of Lettings processes and procedures and the ability to work with Landlords and tenants in the prime sector

Ideally you will be ARLA qualified and your responsibilities will include managing the Lettings side of the business and being responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the business across several areas.

You will need to have a thorough understanding of the latest legislations as well as being an influential leader and a motivator and mentor of your people.

You will also need to have the ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels.

You will be positive, driven, engaging and charismatic and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who are currently in a similar role and the position also offers the option of ownership.
