As a Lettings Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing the lettings management of 200 owned units in-house, with plans to expand to managing external clients’ units as well. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing property investment group and make a significant impact from the start.
The Role of Lettings Manager:
- Handle incoming calls and manage COHO platform.
- Provide applicant care in line with company procedures.
- Efficiently manage landlord and tenant enquiries.
- Register applicants effectively.
- Arrange and conduct viewings, building rapport with applicants.
- Provide clear feedback to landlords, tenants, and applicants post-viewing.
- Negotiate tenancy terms with landlords and tenants, managing all related paperwork.
- Book pitches and gather necessary information.
- Facilitate applicant and client acceptance documentation.
- Report to a line manager on all tasks.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required – Lettings Manager:
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Experience with HMO lettings.
- Experience and willingness to manage a team.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to monitor and grow local profile, including developing marketing and PR opportunities.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience in business growth – new landlords and new areas.
- ARLA Qualification is a requirement.
