LETTINGS ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Hampton Hill, TW12

Salary: £28k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for a competent Lettings Accounts Assistant to join a highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agents and support their busy finance department based at their offices in Hampton Hill.

You will be primarily responsible for processing contractor invoices, ensuring payment is made in a timely fashion to ensure good client relations, and monitoring emails and promptly respond as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have current experience in Accounting and Invoicing as well as experience in lettings and property management.

The right candidate will be full of enthusiasm, hardworking and driven with a keen desire to be successful.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Accounts Assistant (Residential Lettings) role will include:

  • Previous experience in Property Management Accounts
  • Highly organised and possess strong accountant skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management / Lettings Accounts
