Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Environment Solutions Provider in their search for a Lead Planner to work across the UK.

For the successful Lead  Planner our client is offering:

• €50,000 – €65,000 DOE
• 40 hours a week (days)
• Permanent 
• Pension available after probation period of 6 months
• bonus’ available to top up salary as well as the day to day KPIs that can earn a personal and annual bonus

The role – Lead Planner:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Planning Team and support personnel and oversee the planning work within the company
• Support colleagues in professional and personal development
• Project manage multi-disciplinary teams of professionals, other stakeholders and project budgets
• Act as lead planner on projects including primary client liaison at all stages
• Review and sign off reports and other documents from colleagues
• Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues and external consultants
• Analyse planning policy and make recommendations to clients and colleagues
• Attend meetings with clients, project teams and other stakeholders
• Lead on business development activities including writing tenders
• Assist with developing and managing business finance, strategy, policy and adherence to statutory requirements

What our client is looking for in a Lead Planner:

• Minimum of 10 years in private or public sectors – Essential
• bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in environmentally conscious projects
