Artfarm is seeking an L&D Partner to join their Head Office in London. This full-time role, offering a salary between £40,000 and £50,000, involves designing and delivering impactful workshops that embody the company's values. The L&D Partner will report to the Head of Learning & Development and will manage training logistics, promote learning initiatives, and support the Apprenticeship Levy. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality L&D, strong collaborative skills, and a creative problem-solving approach. L&D Partner
Artfarm Head Office, 6 Grosvenor Street London
Monday – Friday 42.5 hours per week
Salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Travel to Artfarm locations will be required

Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, youll play a key part in delivering our group-wide L&D initiatives. With a number of exciting projects already in motion, were looking for someone who can build on this momentum, think creatively, and bring energy to every learning experience. Youll be joining a small but passionate team about creating exceptional employee experiences and doing things differently.
Some of your key responsibilities
Workshop Design & Delivery
- Take briefs from stakeholders to understand learning objectives and performance outcomes
- Design engaging and visually impactful workshops, toolkits, and supporting materials
- Deliver group-wide and site-specific training sessions with confidence and creativity
L&D Administration
- Manage logistics, invites, and joining instructions for training sessions
- Track attendance, issue certificates, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate training records in line with company and compliance requirements
Learning Systems & Platforms
- Act as a super-user for our digital learning tools and platforms
- Upload and maintain e-learning modules; support users across the business
Apprenticeship & Training Requests
- Support with the administration and promotion of the Apprenticeship Levy
- Promote and encourage the uptake of individual training requests by working with managers and employees.
Employee Engagement
- Promote L&D initiatives across internal channels to boost awareness and participation
- Collaborate with site teams to identify learning needs and encourage local uptake
- Coordinate and contribute to external award submissions
Group Training Coordination
- Support the delivery of Artfarms Group Training programmes, including inductions and partner-led sessions
- Share external audit feedback with relevant teams and ensure action plans are in place
