LAND MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Sutton, SM1

Salary: £50k OTE

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is looking for a Land Manager to join their highly regarded Estate Agency to help expand the current Land team based in Sutton. 

The main responsibilities will be; identifying residential developments opportunities, follow up on house leads, building a strong network of developers and clients and assisting in the launch of new home development sites.

The ideal candidate will preferably have some experience in the Land sector or have a strong Estate Agency background that is looking to start their career in the Land sector. You will need to be self-motivated, have exceptional negotiation skills, as well as superb interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to forge superb lasting business relationships.

Skills: The skills required for this Land Manager role will include:

  • Previous experience in Land acquisition and new homes
  • Have a knowledge of the geographical area
  • Understand planning law and development costs
  • Be self- motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Have strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Excellent networking & people skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
