We are currently working in partnership with a selection of outstanding primary schools in Worcester, who are seeking enthusiastic KS2 Teachers to join their dynamic teams.

Role Description: We are seeking dedicated KS2 Teachers to inspire and engage pupils in our partner primary schools in Worcester. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of children in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and senior staff as necessary.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
  • Uphold the school’s values and policies, promoting a positive school culture and ethos.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum, preferably in a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of teaching and learning for all pupils.
