Salary: 38,000
Service Charge: 8-10k
Food Style: Italian casual dining
Team Size: 10 Chefs
Reports to: GM
Nearest Transport: Paddington /Lancaster Gate
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Manager to manage a team of 10 chefs in a high-volume Italian restaurant in west London. The food is all fresh and this is a well-established restaurant group with planned new openings across the UK. Join the team and receive a 6-week training course to master this role.
The menu is all about fresh and vibrant Italian food that is fun. We require a KM with experience in a high-volume brand and managing a large team. But most importantly a good command of back of house management in ordering, stock take, rotas, health and safety, and of course team leadership.
