The successful candidate will oversee the Street Food operations, including Holy Duck, Zza Pizza, and Yolo Coffee Kitchen. Applicants must possess at least two years of experience at the Sous Chef level, leadership skills, and knowledge in stock and food safety management. Preferred qualifications include Food Safety levels 2 and 3, first aid training, and guest relations experience. You will be running the following operation’s within STACK, looking after our two very own Street Food operations Holy Duck & Zza Pizza & Yolo Coffee Kitchen.
What we require from you
Must Have:
At least 2 years kitchen Experience at Sous Chef level
Leadership Skills
Stock Management
Food Safety Management
. Must be hands on.
Preferred:
Food Safety level 2 and 3
First aid training certificate
Experience in front facing guest relations
