This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high food safety standards, managing stock and team performance, and delivering outstanding service in a high-energy environment.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy retail concession within a dynamic arena in East London.

This is a great role for someone up-and-coming to take the reigns and lead their own brigade.

You will need to balance kitchen work with essential administrative duties, you will ensure smooth service delivery during events, maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the venue, and manage stock, compliance, and team performance.
