The successful candidate will oversee operations at Holy Duck, Zza Pizza, and Yolo Coffee Kitchen. Applicants must have a minimum of two years' experience at the Sous Chef level, possess leadership skills, and be proficient in stock and food safety management. Preferred qualifications include Food Safety levels 2 and 3, first aid certification, and experience in guest relations. You will be running the following operation’s within STACK, looking after our two very own Street Food operations Holy Duck & Zza Pizza & Yolo Coffee Kitchen.
What we require from you
Must Have:
At least 2 years kitchen Experience at Sous Chef level
Leadership Skills
Stock Management
Food Safety Management
. Must be hands on.
Preferred:
Food Safety level 2 and 3
First aid training certificate
Experience in front facing guest relations
