Axiom Hospitality is seeking a Leisure Attendant to support the cleaning operations of its hotel leisure and wellness facilities, offering a salary of £12.44 per hour with various flexible hours. Salary – £12.44 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and service-driven Leisure Attendant to support the day-to-day cleaning operations of our hotels leisure and wellness facilities. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth running of the leisure areas while providing excellent service to guests and members.

What we are looking for:

  • Required to work on weekends
  • Graduetes from Beauty school welcome to apply, Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments required.
  • Right to work in the UK

We are committed to providing a luxurious and tranquil spa experience. As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments, promoting spa services, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
  • Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
  • Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere in all spa and treatment areas
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Following all health and safety regulations, including best practices for sanitation and guest care.
  • Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional service and maintain spa standards.
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs.
  • The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change.
  • Handling guest inquiries via phone, email or in person. Receptionist administration task included.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
