Wise Employment are looking for a Junior Developer to join a large fast growing company based here in Plymouth. This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary along with some great benefits. This role is Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm.
As a Junior Developer your day to day tasks will include; supporting as well as develop ‘in-house’ products. Contacting users, to try and diagnose as well as fix any faults in the systems. Work along the side the team to help with the lifecycle of the software.
In order to be a successful applicant for the Junior Developer you must:
– Have previous experience dealing with: ASP.NET, C#, HTML
- Understand the practical application of agile development methods
- Understanding of CSS
- Exposure to databases such as T-SQL or PL/SQL or MySQL
- Understanding of Git or equivalent source control
- Experience with JavaScript (desirable)
- Proven software Development experience or be an IT Graduate
- Have Team work abilities
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Able to manage and prioritise more than one project at once
