We’re looking for a Turkish Speaking IT Project Management Support Office to join our team (on-site).

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of IT projects and operational initiatives.
* Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
* Support resource allocation tracking, ensuring project resources are assigned and deliverables are on schedule.
* Monitor and report on project progress, escalating risks and issues to project leads when necessary.
* Liaise between IT teams, service desk staff, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders to facilitate project communication.
* Help manage equipment procurement, software licensing, and service requests required for projects.
* Maintain project management systems and tracking tools, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
* Provide light technical support where appropriate during IT project rollouts (e.g., setting up devices, coordinating testing).
Requirements Essential
* Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role within an IT or technical environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
* Interest in IT systems, infrastructure, and digital technologies.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
