Client – Partnered with a leading high-tech organisation in the UK.
 
Role – This is a great opportunity for an IT/ERP Business Operations Analyst to join our client and play a key role and support various parts of the business. The business is going through a company wide digital transformation that includes the implementation of multiple ERP platforms. You will help with designing integrations and interfaces to ensure; important data is synchronised, processes are streamlined and infrastructure are cohesive to empower the business to automate tasks and eliminate the need for manual data transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and provide analysis and insights into workforce productivity.
• Work closely with Head of Resourcing and provide analysis and insights on resource availability, utilisation and forecasting.
• Provide support to both Business Operations and Operating Board.
• Collaborate with Business information Services team to ensure consistent understanding of underlying methods, data architecture and assumptions regarding productivity reporting.
• Using actionable insight, present trend analysis and propose possible courses of action to support.
• Establish and nature strong internal and external relationships.
• Support ongoing transformation of the team and help drive adoptions of new processes and tools.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated analytical experiences in a large matrix organisation (ideally a professional services/consulting business model).
• A extensive understanding of professional services/consultancy business models and relationship to productivity.
• Experience of working with ERP platforms (i.e. SAP, IFS) and resource management tools (i.e. Profinda, Kantata, Retain etc.).
• Demonstrated experiences in problem solving and decision making skills.
• A high attention to detail and demonstrating thoroughness, accuracy and focus.
• Excellent written and oral skills.

Salary – Dependent on experience
 
Location – Hybrid, London, UK – 1 to 2 days per week.
