Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:

A UK leading business in the hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position. The role involves processing stock movements, raising purchase orders, and updating records. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, as well as strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Good IT skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills are also required. The role offers a salary of £11.41 per hour and operates on a hybrid schedule of Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30.

Job Description:Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location : Westbrook, Warrington (WA5)
Salary : £11.41 p/hr
Contract : Permanent (full time) – 35 hrs per week (Hybrid)
Hrs :- Mon- Fri 09:00-16:30hrs

The Company & Role
Our client is a UK leading business that offers an expanding portfolio of content, technology, hardware and services for the hospitality sector.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to work in a Hybrid role.

As an Inventory Coordinator you will
” Processing all stock movements on In House System including;
” Bring on machines into stock.
” Installing machines into sites.
” Removing machines from sites.
” Dispatching machines from stock.
” Raise Purchase Orders on D365 upon request for new machine purchases.
” Receipt Purchase Orders upon machine delivery.
” Create and update all rent cards.
” Download Electronic Funds and process daily and weekly pool table collections.
” This involves spreadsheet work in the form of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
” Produce weekly file from daily emails.
” This invoices spreadsheet work in the form of Pivot Tables.
” This involves spreadsheet work in the form of pivot tables.
” Monthly Juke Box reconciliation for PPL Compliance.
” Yearly stock check reconciliations.

The successful Inventory Coordinator will hold the following Skills/Experience
” Must have solid previous experience within a similar role.
” Excel experience essential including V-LOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
” Good IT skills.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload.
” Self-motivated.Location: North West, Warrington
