Company: Repton School
Role: International Development Director
Repton School is seeking to appoint an ambitious and commercially astute International Development Director to lead the strategic growth and commercial management of the Repton Family of Schools’ international portfolio. Repton was among the first British schools to open an overseas campus with the establishment of Repton Dubai in 2007, and today it educates over 10,000 pupils across three continents.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Headmaster and Group CEO, which offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of the most internationally recognised British school groups.
The International Development Director will be responsible for driving new business, managing commercial relationships with existing international partners, and delivering a strategic plan for further growth and overseas collaboration, for which the timing has never been more opportune. Working closely with the RFS Educational and Commercial Directors and the Repton School COO, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to educational and commercial opportunities in the domestic market.
This role requires a confident, ambitious and entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of international education markets, partnership development and deal structuring. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, financial and commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for education and the growth of the Repton Group. Experience of working internationally, preferably within a school or educational environment, is essential.
Applications are encouraged from candidates with backgrounds in education, business, public or third-sector organisations with an understanding of education, who share Repton’s values and ethos, and are committed to excellence and innovation. This role offers flexible location options and can be based anywhere — including internationally — to accommodate the right candidate.
