FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Internal Sales representative based in Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis.  

Main duties include: 

• Building and nurturing customer relationships to maintain excellent levels of service.
• Addressing client queries quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Showcasing company offerings and staying informed about market trends and competitor activity.
• Spotting new business opportunities and potential product enhancements through customer insights.
• Processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and overseeing essential administrative duties.
• Contributing to broader business objectives as part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

Suitable candidates should have the following: 

• Demonstrated success in an internal sales roles within energy sectors
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities 
• Customer-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Skilled at prioritising, juggling multiple tasks, and maintaining organisation in a dynamic environment.
