Interim Deputy Chief Nurse

A healthcare organisation in the West of England is seeking an Interim Deputy Chief Nurse to commence as soon as possible for approximately nine months. This full-time position, falling under Band 9 and inside IR35, requires a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, preferably within an NHS organisation. The successful applicant will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will focus on stabilising care groups and enhancing services. This role is looking to start ASAP and will be for circa 9 months.

The Interim Deputy Chief Nurse job will ideally be performed on a full-time basis.

Regarding remuneration, this role falls inside IR35 and is band 9, preferably via a Fixed Term Contract.

In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to have some weekly on-site presence.

– Successful candidates will need to have worked a similar role previously.

A senior leadership Nursing background of working for an NHS organisation would be very desirable for this role.

The postholder will be expected to be RMN or RGN.
