What will I be doing?
We’re on the lookout for experienced and reliable Thermal Insulation Engineers to join our team on a 4-month project based in Reading. If you’re someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The role works on a rotating shift pattern:
10 days on / 4 days off, giving you a solid work-life balance.
Here’s how the schedule looks:
Week 1:
* Tues-Thurs: 11.5 hours/day
* Fri-Sun: 10 hours/day
Week 2:
* Mon-Wed: 11.5 hours/day
* Thurs: 6 hours
We’re offering a competitive base rate with an hourly uplift, plus a generous attendance bonus of £5 per hour when you complete all your scheduled shifts. You’ll also receive a daily lodge allowance of £50.81 (taxable) to help cover accommodation costs, and travel support is paid every two weeks to keep things running smoothly.
