Salary: £35k+ dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Working alongside other members of the eLearning Team to design fresh, creative, innovative and accessible learning solutions for a wide variety of teams and subject matters
Creating storyboards and scripts that are both engaging and informative
Delivering content design that supports a blended learning approach including Video, animation, Voice Over, SCORM modules and HTML5
Listening and understanding internal teams’ requirements to design brilliant learning content that delivers an engaging learning experience
An awareness of creating instructional materials that could be translated into multiple languages
Adhering to our company brand identity and standard
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Have strong writing, storyboarding skills
Experience of technical writing, course design, development and evaluation methods within a virtual/e-learning environment
A working knowledge of industry standard eLearning development/authoring software tools (such as GoMo/Captivate/Articulate) and knowledge of mobile learning principles
Demonstrable experience of using established eLearning methodologies, current research, theory and practice of instructional design and web-based eLearning standards and specifications (SCORM, XAPI, HTML)
Have an awareness of developing eLearning content for a range of people with different abilities (accessibility)
Desirable:
Experience of designing and creating digital content using the Adobe Creative Suite and animation software
Degree educated
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (or above) Digital Learning Design Qualification e.g. Level 3 Digital Learning Diploma

The Talent and Learning eLearning team:
Responsible for the creation of learning content using eLearning methodologies, current research, theory and practice of instructional design and a range of creative packages. Your primary responsibilities will include hosting scoping meetings (to identify Learning Objectives and discuss treatment options), designing creative, interactive learning materials and advising on best practice production workflows.
