The ICT Process Improvement Analyst, also known as the Value Stream Analyst, is based in a hybrid working model. Initially, during the probationary period, the analyst will be required to work three days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville and two days from home. After the six-month probation, the work arrangement will shift to an average of two days in the office and three days remote.
