An ICT Deployment Support Specialist is needed in Nottinghamshire for a remote, full-time contract position. The role involves working with stakeholders to analyze and define user communication, education, training, and support requirements for ICT-enabled business projects. The specialist will also analyze and define user education, training, and support requirements for existing tools and technologies. They will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering user education, support, and training in line with project and business timescales. The role may include computer-based training, classroom-based training, presentations, floor walking, and 1-1 support. The specialist will also support the analysis of ICT skills needs across the workforce.

Job Description:

ICT Deployment Support Specialist – Nottinghamshire (Remote)

Contract – Full Time

£15.63ph

Approx. 2 Days in Nottingham office per month

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To work with ICT Service Support Engagement and stakeholders to analyse and define the user communication, education, and training and support requirements required to maximise the benefits from ICT-enabled business projects.
• To work with ICT Service Support Engagement and stakeholders to analyse and define the user education, training and support requirement required to drive further benefits from the use of existing tools and technologies
• To plan, develop and deliver the user education, support and training in line with programme, project and business timescales. This may
  • include computer-based training, classroom-based training,
  • presentations, floor walking and 1-1 support
  • Support the analysis and identification of the ICT skills needs across
    • the workforce.
